Pearson has a select team of experienced craftsmen, project managers, and field superintendents.  Our project managers lead the team and oversee each project from the initial client meeting to successful completion.  We understand the special staging, crew assignments, and construction techniques required, as well as the sophisticated scheduling necessary to ensure that activities coincide appropriately with flow of materials, fixtures, and equipment.  Our expertise includes the joining of existing and new construction, the matching of unique material and finishes, and effective noise and dust controls, Over the years, Pearson has developed a strong working relationship with local building officials, allowing us to overcome many hurdles that may arise during a project.  Our close working relationship with many architectural firms give us a unique understanding of the importance of properly executing design intent.  We pay close attention to the details of fit and finish that complete an excellent design.
