Mr. Hageman  joined Pearson Construction Corporation in 1979 after graduating from the College of Architecture at the University of Washington with a degree in Construction Management. As an owner and Vice President, Phil has a personal interest in seeing that projects are performed within our clients' schedules and budgets.

Phil's cost control and project management expertise are exemplified by the recently completed Hillcrest Chapel for $3.7 million dollars, First Congregational Church for $2.0 million dollars, and The Chrysalis Inn & Spa At The Pier for $6.2 million dollars, all in Bellingham, Washington. Phil has a strong background in financial, restaurant, and retail facility construction and oversees ongoing facility maintenance for several of Pearson's long term clients.
