Mr. Boulton joined Pearson Construction in May 2000, after retiring as a Public School Administrator. Bill’s primary responsibility is to ensure that materials and equipment are ordered and scheduled to arrive at job sites on time. Therefore, construction time and production is maximized.
Bill works with all construction managers at all job sites to provide assistance in pricing, ordering and shipping materials to the appropriate sites. Bill also works with site superintendents directly to coordinate the use of Pearson owned equipment.
